2. That the sale of the Negro Woman named Catherine Venus by the Revd John McElroy (he being in manner authorized by this Board or the Agent so to do) be and the same is hereby considered null and void; and that the Agent be directed and he is hereby directed to take the most prudent steps to accommodate that affair, he being empowered either to confirm said sale or to reclaim said negro woman.
