In August 1830, George Fenwick SJ sold Harriet for 210 dollars to Mr. John G. Johnston. Rev. Fenwick inherited Harriet from his father in 1811. At the time of the sale Harriet would have been around 27 years old.

Paid Mr. Mullen half a doll. & 3 five peny bets for book binding.

Received rents of Sam Edelin for the months of October, Novr, December 1830 & for Jan. Febr. March April, and May 1831.
